I like the last one best as well.
Hey Jeff, these B&W beach shots are super cool. I agree that #3 stands out from the others, but I think with #1 if you cropped the top half of the sky and make it a pano crop, that #1 could easily be the best one here. In #2, I think both wave splashes are getting lost in the shot, so without looking closely that one just comes across as a photo of 2 rocks. That is one where a color version may be stronger to help the wave splashes and movement to separate from the rest of the scene.
