Spring run off

On my way home from Silver Lake Flats (Silver Lake flats | Focal World ) last Sunday I stopped at my AF River place and got some images. The water flow is as high as I have seen it. We did not have a high snowpack or lots of spring rains. I think the recent warm spell just made for a rapid snowmelt.

That's a serious flow rate for that waterway and the kind that rearranges the rocks in the river bed. Very cool shot.

It is and I think high water works better for this stream.
