This is an amazing field I was just lucky enough to stumble upon while driving through South Dakota.

Good one Jim, that's quite a field of sunflowers. I kept wanting to see the whole field, but I suspect they were too tall for you to get a high enough position. Anyway, I got the occasional glimpse and it looks extensive. The flowers look to be in their prime.

That’s where a drone would come in handy with these videos, it could fly up and video across them. The field was huge, maybe a mile long?

Really big sunflowers. A drone would have definitely been the way to go with this.

I agree with Jameel - drone territory or maybe something tall to get a higher view. Maybe on the roof of something like an RV. (hmmm......)

Thanks Jameel! I don’t think I would have gone only drone, but I would have added footage from a drone. I like the in your face the GoPro gives here, so a mix would have been nice. But… this is all I had, so I don’t miss the drone, I liked this view from the ground.
