Such nice light. The Racetrack is a really great place to work leading lines with those tracks and the rocks.

A Racetrack Sunset, taken during one of my Workshops for three participants only in Death Valley last January. Leica SL, Voigtlander 15mm v. III and Formatt-Hitech Firecrest filters.

It's like the surface of a distant planet (in my imagination) and would make an excellent sci-fi book cover. Well done.

Great shot with everything leading into the center. I've gotta get out there next time (was scared off by stories of the rough gravel on the road).

Hello Jim, thank you very much, glad you enjoyed it! :) About the road, when I lead a Workshop I always rent a dedicated Jeep to get there - a bit pricey, but you have the extra security and that, to me, is fundamental.
