That is so awesome Kyle! That island by itself is so cool. This is really nice.

I am adding this waterfall to the list!

Very cool vantage point! Is there a bridge, or do you have a drone, or climb a tree??
I'm sensing a slight warm cast, mostly in the trees and rocks. It's minor, though.

The flow looks pretty high even with no snow in the mountains. I believe that tree on the right as since fallen across the ravine. Looks like the fence is new. When did you take this?
Your comp excels and exposure is spot on...Sorta want to see more of the falls.

Thanks a lot Jim! Sunwapta, Athabasca, and lots of other spots in Jasper along the Icefield Parkway are definitely worth a visit. Beautiful area.

Thanks Barry. I definitely chose to take this in a slightly warm direction. There is a bridge across the river, but the vantage point isn't great. My wife was with me so I was going to be satisfied with it. She then pointed out a small trail that lead toward a rock outcrop (that I'd been eyeing but figured she wouldn't want me going out there) and I let her talk me into it :)

fantastic
Thanks Ben!

This was fall 2015. I hated the fencing on the left and tried composing to minimize it. I have some verticals that show more of the falls, but I ended up liking this one better. Thanks for your thoughts!
