Great work Craig! Love the subdued color and the black sky. That looks like a fun place!

Thanks Jim, this display has quite a neat History There's also a lot of Big Footprints that were found in the River , it's been a very popular
Place for years and years.

"Two large dinosaur sculptures that were created for an exhibit at the 1964 World’s Fair by Sinclair Oil Corporation. After the dinos toured the country, they were donated to museums and parks. Two of them were donated to the Dinosaur Valley State Park, a Tyrannosaurus Rex and a Brontosaurus."

It looks like Barney! Scary... :)

Great "portrait." Are these sculptures life-sized? The brontosaurus must be huge!

Hi Amy,
here's some numbers from "Roadside America" Article on it which I'll put the link in so you can see their size and
the area

The two life-size fiberglass dinosaurs are a dagger-toothed Tyrannosaurus rex -- 19 feet tall --
and a sleepy-looking Brontosaurus. The 70-foot-long Brontosaurus

That is a cool image Craig! Too fun! :)

Thanks Doug, Thinking about another trip there, they've added about 90 or more along a trail
so that would be kind of a neat day out.

I always thought that T Rex's were very aggressive, but he posted quite nicely for you.....one might call him a hamasaurus.
