The challenge

So i decided to make myself miserable, and went shooting without the rear dial on my Nikon D810, very soon i realized, this was the most stupid idea ever, the camera was stuck in manual mode, without the option to control ISO, or bracket, as the light changed i was going to the custom menu to change the dials, so i could set up the aperture, and back to control the shutter, it was little windy, so i had to open to 5.6 and focus stuck for the DOF, lol ,it was quite an experience, i'd say everyone should try this...
:)

Feel free to C&C.
Cheers!

Hey Andrey,

Man, you had me laughing! I could just picture in my mind the hassles of all of those adjustments. My stomach hurts from laughing, but thank you!

This is a really nice view you have. Love those flowers and that's cool how you got the sun in this. The lower left corner nags at me a bit because of it being empty, but everything else is sweet!

Nice result given what you had to do to get your shot.

There was an era (film days) when everything was manual and there were no menus. The worst that could happen back then was to have your battery die so you had no light meter. I have experienced that one and had to use basic seat of the pants for exposure settings.

Looks like you managed even with the handicap. This came out pretty nice.
Thank you very much Ben!

LOL, it was kinda funny and annoying at the same time, so it went between cursing and laughing :).
The corner was populated with some extra fast flower, so i had to let it go, i thought about it too, will check if its possible to fill...
Thank you Jim!
I am glad someone beside me had a good laugh...

Thank you Darcy! that though crossed my mind many times, but since i had no camera for a bit over 3 years now, and this thing is brand new, with 3 years payment contract to go, i kinda got cold feet...
