i went to a different wildlife reserve than i normally go to. it's down south where the rich come from out of state and move into million dollar mansions that come with a private beach. the state happily surrounded them with a national wildlife reserve so they don't have to share their beach. i thought the snobbery was just for humans and cats, but then i came across this uppity osprey eating caviar for dinner.

Osprey always eat the head first. Perhaps because osprey carry fish with head face forward in an aerodynamic fashion. Perhaps because the mouth of the fish is more tender and an easy acess the the rest of the body.
