Things are looking up!

This is from the Redwoods. I have seen a few of these looking up Redwood shots, but was never real happy with the results when I tried. This is one of the ones that I did like.

Hard shot to make work with the color blue in the skies. Definitely a workable result here and conveys the seemingly infinite height of those trees when you look up.

I would need to lay on my back to take a shot like that!! I also find it difficult to get a composition. The symmetry works very well as does the long clear trunks
