Ken, I really like the vertical and horizontal compositions of the same scene in the first and second images—that idea is on my list for a future Thursday’s Task. The North Yorkshire image with the lone tree and the light rays is my favorite.Prominent skies from Germany

Alan, the Beverly Beach image is very nice—good composition. The Monument Valley image’s colors are beautiful.
Ben, how could anything be more prominent than the Grand Canyon? This sky! Incredible image!
Jameel, you posted a variety of scenes with spectacular skies—all very nice! The beach’s colors and composition are nicely captured and edited.Seattle Skyline

Just be patient. That was & is my best nuclear sunrise. I happened to get up early enough to see it begin.Dan, I just want to say the Mono Lake sunrise is a killer shot, I have not had the good luck getting this type of clouds yet.

John, as we were shooting the races, noticed the clouds start to form. Unfortunately, only had the telephoto kit w/me & a pano-stitch with a long lens doesn't work well.Dan, the lenticular image is striking and the Mono Lake image is beautiful and well executed—and my favorite. I like your composition in the B&W Coyote Valley shot too.
John, the sky writing plane was brilliant. Loved it.View attachment 45937
