Alan, great variety of very nice captures—with quite a span of distance! Love the Bryce image and its composition. The textures of the Jordan photos are striking.Interesting task to ponder for me - southern Utah didn't used to be a long journey for me but now its around a thousand miles away.
I'll start out farther away yet with a couple of sandstone scenes in the vicinity of Petra, Jordan:

Doug, the Kalalau Valley’s colors and clouds create a gorgeous landscape. I really like the foreground rocks in the Acadia and Banff images leading into beautiful scenes.Lots of beautiful images here. Here are my contributions.

Jeffrey, that’s eight more time zones than I’ve traveled! Your first image is my favorite—a beautiful capture and edit. The others are also very pleasing images—like the setting sun and the zebra in the second in the series.Tanzania. 11 time zones away.
Jameel, the images from Banff and Manitoba are my favorites of your post—I like that the trees in the middle ground are dwarfed by the mountains beyond—visually interesting.A pretty well travelled crowd.
