Thursday's Task - 11/11/2021

This week's task is wetlands. That includes wetlands in National Parks, National Wildlife Refuges,, local wetlands, or any other kind of wetland. Sorry I am late for this activity. I had to go up to Flagstaff this morning and just got back

Bosque del Apache on my 1st and only trip there (2011). I didn't own a long lens & rented what I thought was a long lens (70-200mm f/4). I didn't know what the functional difference was between f/2.8 and f/4 was and all the clerk said was something like, "you get the shot or you don't". After I got there and saw the huge lenses (and mics on 6' booms) people had, I was reminded of the line in Crocodile Dundee, twisted into a photographic setting, "you think that's a lens? That's not a lens.....this is a lens!"
