So nice, Ben. That location is one of my favorite stops to rest and shoot in the canyon. I see here how different the course of the river and the areas of rock piles are from my experience there in the fall a few years ago. I think this image is a bit on the high side of exposure.

Thanks Jeffrey, I had the same thoughts about exposure..

The reworked version is better. I'd just pull back the highlights rather than the exposure itself (assuming that is what you did). Regardless a nice image - love the reflected colors in the water.

Hey Ben,

That's a great alcove there. The fall color trees make it a delight. I like the edit, I think I would select those rocks on the beach and pull down the exposure in them just a bit more.

Very nice, Ben. I love the green look in the river - goes so well against the red rock. I do like the darker versions best as that is how I always envisage the area of the red rocks.
