It might appear so, but the teenager doesn't have a phone. In fact he was holding a small rubber ball he was tossing in the air, but the skateboard wasn't up in the air on that shot. There was a girl roller skating at one point. With the metro train track running down the middle of the road she actually had to dance across the road on her tiptoes. It's one where a video of it would have been more interesting then a single photo. I have like 5 or 6 shots of her tiptoe dance routine, but not sure how to present them so that the effect comes across correctly.
