It may be abstract but its also part of the landscape. And a very nice looking one at that. Reminds me of interesting grain patterns on a nice piece of hardwood.

Thanks Ben! "Fresh" is a relative terms I guess, ha. But I suppose since most of these have never seen the light of day past LR they are new (and yeah, I've been pretty stale in posting lately).

Gah, you are right! I have not been over there yet, but totally need to. I hit up my Street buddy to see if he could give me a "tips and pointers" list that I could post up.

Definitely! I've got a fair amount of shots from Coyote Buttes that were like this one - much more abstract in nature.
