What is the top bird Joe? It looks prehistoric.

I captured this little guy up at Dream Lake in RMNP. He was very friendly and was flying up within 2 feet of me. I think it's a Chickadee? Maybe someone can ID it.

At the Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge on one of their info signs, it showed a Yellowheaded Blackbird. I only had known of the Redwing Blackbirds, so it's cool to now see a capture of it Ben. I am hoping to go back and see if I can capture it myself later in the year.
