Hey Ben.. My guess is this is almost certainly a wren but which kind I'm not sure. Great picture of vocalizing, nice background and perch.

Thanks Douglas, I had seen this in my Petersons but decided the one in the book had too flat a head shape. This is certainly the right ID however.
