Those certainly are some colorful ducks. This is especially nice for a bird in flight image.
I have seen them a few times but I have never had my camera in hand to get a good shot like this one.

Nice catch, Don. I would be tempted to crop out some of the sky in the front and at the bottomI got this early in the morning. He was coming in fast.

Yea, swung behind him and followed through like I do with a shotgun hunting. Think about 3 or 4 shots on continuous as I try to be more controlled taking the shots rather than spray and pray and do that at airshows as well.

Very nice wood duck, I have only gotten them on water.
