An archived shot from Goblin Valley in Utah. Goblin Valley is a place I will stop in often as I travel on the I-70 to Colorado. It's about 45 mins from the freeway, but it's not too far, especially if there is some nice light or it's close to sunset. All comments are welcome, Jim

Another sidelit shot from near Bryce Canyon in Utah, this one is a tighter shot then my previous. Bryce Canyon has such cool Hoodoo's but I liked how in this area I could get in closer and lower to the Hoodoo's making it easier I think to get that nice light. All comments are welcome, Jim

Well, this isn't actually the Goosenecks, but it is in Gooseneck State Park. As cool and awesome as the Goosenecks are I also enjoyed exploring and shooting some of the other features there. This is a predawn shot from there. All comments are welcome, Jim

This is from a few years ago at Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. I went with a 4:5 format crop as I didn't like the bottom. It was early morning and I was able to catch some stars in this too. Perhaps a bit too movement in some of the stars, but this is from the archives so not much I can do...
