These shots are some of my favorites! I had my assistant hold the light between the bars of the fence, it was a Metz 45ct-5 that had been rigged with a 7.2 volt battery from a R/C car... it looked like a bomb! I raised the camera with a monopod, and fired it with a pocket wizard. Nikon D3, Tamron 18-35mm Shot at the Los Angeles Garden and River Center.

What cool shots here! Thanks for sharing how you pulled it off too, it's nice to learn a bit while looking at the photos too. Both are really nice, but #2 is my favorite.

Thanks guys! I am one of those lucky people who do not have a job! I do what I love doing, and get paid for it! I think it was Ghandi that said that if you ever find a job you liked doing, you would never work a day in your life! And that is me!
