Hey John,
Another nice creek area here. This is coming across as a little too dark for me. That's some tough shooting conditions with that partial sunlight in a shadowed area. It's a scene that has lot's of potential it feels like, maybe take a fresh stab at the processing? Or this is one that if you posted it in the Critique forum, some of the guys can then look at it and give some specific suggestions and perhaps offer some different looks.
