A very nice day at Brainard Lake with cloudless morning light. A nice reflection of the large rock in the foreground, an evergreen forest in he middle ground and a view of some of the Imdian Peaks in the background; perfect combination for a good photograph! ;)

We arrive at the Getty Museum in Southern California in a driving rain storm. We went inside to warm up and dry out. My nephew stepped outside after the rain passed to check out this structure. Kathleen captured him and the setting using my camera at the time.
I reprocessed this image using the Topaz Gigapixel option in Photoshop. It did an amazing job, look at this images a full size and you will see amazing detail everywhere (that is in focus)! ;)
After suffering for the past few days in high 90 degree temps, I decided to process a winter scene from the Sheep Lake turnoff at Rocky Mountain National Park to remind me that this heat will not last forever (I hope)! ;)
A scenic train ride starting in Georgetown and going to Silverthorn and return. It is an old-time narrow gage train route full of noise and smoke, and a fun experience.
Capture this Northern Pintail several years ago on a trip to the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge. It was on the same trip that I caught the RedTail Hawk I posted yesterday. This image was also processed using the Gigapixel processor in Photoshop.
On the road down from Mount Evans we spotted this curious whistle Pig aka Marmot watching us from a group of rock just off the side of the road. He spent about 10 minutes just running around the rock and then stopping to peek out at us and giving us some nice still shots! ;)
We drove up to Mt Evans several years ago and encountered a lot of Mountain Goats. This little guy was probably only a few weeks old and was already scrabbling over rocks and following his mom.
Several years ago I watched a group of Juvenile Cormorants fishing in a local lake. After fishing under water for a while, the flew into a tree on the opposite side of the lake to dry their wings.
I walked around the lake to where they were and was able to get beneath the tree where the birds...
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
