Very interesting color palette. The slow shutter speed adds a nice touch of softness to the water surface which works really well in this image.

Hey Zeph,

What a cool shot you have. Glad it's an older one as it's probably not safe to go down there now to shoot.

This has a really nice reflection. It has a pretty strong blue/cyan cast to it. Of course that does compliment the scene nicely. If I were to try anything, it would be to warm up the blue and see how it looked.

Jim, I guess you didn't know that the mountains in Mexico are all blue:)
The crime climate around Lake Chapala has recently improved a bit. The town's of San Juan Cosala, Ajijic and Jocotepec and other's had fallen to the gangs and violence through 2010 - 2015. Though still a problem, it's less violent.

Ha ha, here I thought the Blue mountains were located next to the Smoky Mountains? I didn't know they were actually in Mexico. :)
